Barnies recognizes that the first five years of life are critical in a child’s development. High quality early years provision has been proven to help children achieve their potential. Barnies ethos evolves around the sense of “family” with a balance of planned activities, spontaneous play and “family” times. Opportunities for mixed age groupings as part of the routine encourage children to form positive relationships which promote high self esteem. Children discover equally from their peers as from other adults and this approach enhances sustained shared learning.
